I'm new to building PC's, and I need someone to build me a Gaming PC. I want this build to be graphics heavy. I want it to run games like Battlefield 4, Titanfall, The Division, DayZ SA, Watch Dogs, Witcher 3, Star Citizen, etc on High or Ultra settings. I also want to overclock.
I already have some of the parts. I need a build with everything except:
CPU Cooler (Water Cooler)
Optical Drive
Hard Drive
Case (Supports Water cooling)
With the money you don't spend on these parts, dont be afraid to put it towards something like a better Graphics card or mobo. I want something to run the games above on High or Ultra. please do this for me. Thank you!

Now, if this build doesn't look appealing to you or any other builder out there you can always switch somethings around. The Geforce 780 ti should be more than enough to run BF4 on ultra. Actually for a test, if it will run BF3, then it will run BF4. Since the third is more graphic intensive. Also, the psu was put in there if you ever wanted to upgrade to 2 way sli or anything along that matter.

Here is a great build. The two 4GB Superclocked 760's have been proven to perform 33% better than a single 780. The PSU is 80+ Gold certified, which means it's super efficient. I chose a 3570K which is one of the best processors for gaming, and along with the z77 chipset motherboard you should have no trouble overclocking.
The total is 7 dollars over budget, but that is because I added in an optional SSD!
If you purchase this, I will be very jealous haha!

Why AMD for a high budget?
BF3 more graphically intense than BF4, what are you smoking dude?
And why would you want to SLI one of the best GPU's on the market?
OP, personally I would get this

I'm still trying to figure out why you criticized AMD, then posted the build you criticized. Did you accidentally post the other posters link?

The 2 way SLI 760's the user posted above will get better performance than the total output of the single 780 Ti.
