Is Project Goodbye a modded lobby patch?and putting custom things on the screen is kinda hard. You need an FF viewer and you need to scroll through the games coding to place the text you want to come up in game.

Idk I don't try to edit patches anymore. Just dal with using other peoples now.

Do you know what tool is needed to poke everyones gamertag in game? Ive seen people doing that and changing peoples names to "^1POST LEGIT"

For Ghosts you will need a tool updated for TU9 (Latest Update), otherwise they won't work. And as stated above you will need Dashlaunch and plugins to use tools or Neighbourhood

If i install my game (ex. Ghosts) how do i update it to TU9 or latest update? Do i just start it from XeX Menu and download it from xbox live or do i have to download patches on computer and move from computer to xbox?

you can just update it when you boot the game up...

are you sure? I dont think so because you cant update the xbox itself.
