Very undetailed, I'm guessing you mean embed? You click the address bar once(should highlight the whole link), press ctrl + c,

then type
[youtube]

Then paste the link, and then type
[/youtube]

after the link.

It should have the button in the advanced send not quick otherwise its

you get the link on youtube then copy and paste into the context box of TTG and then at the start of the URL you put [youtube] then at the end you put [/youtube]
