1. A xenon RGH is very unstable so good luck with that.
2. No, no other way online besides a server bypass (aka stealth).
3. System link is still possible on MW2, don't know about the rest.
3. Mw2 is the only game in which I know in which you can bring them online, and even then it would just be XP.
4. Always a chance of getting banned.

no you cant it will be detected by microsoft an you wont have any chance to go online you would need xblse to go online but im sure you can still system link as the rgh/jtag wont be connected to xbl just the retail will you may get the bann hammer though

i believe if you have liveblock on and live strong on in dashlaunch it will give you a internet connection but no connecting to live, with this you can i repeat CAN system link mw2 but not with a infectable mod menu, you can only infect your self with public cheater xp, gb, force host all the good stuff but not a full menu

Stealth is required to go on LIVE with a JTAG/RGH.

You do not need stealth to go online, you just need the online method that only 4 people have (proven have it) and those 4 people are the XBLSE team. You can do system link on any game with system link but can only do things that you could do online and so if you can do recoveries for MW3 online on your JTAG then you try in system link then it will work but only for the JTAG console, not the retail, you could do xp but only in game. Any game below MW2 is capable of having infections. (MW2 Also!)

MW2 now only uses dll's and so you could only do certain things like recoveries/infections to retail.

WAW/COD4/COD3/COD2/COD1 still use patches and so you can infect menus or use big mod menus and get rank in system link.
