Does anyone know the best way to make a montage on sony vegas pro 9 ?

Some videos on beast editing also thanks

maybe post some awesome tuts or vids or something please especially one that shows you how to make a montage ? if anyone post anything that helps me make the montage they will get +25rep or +50rep depending how useful it is to me

Edit: I know how to speed up and slow down clips

A lot of people use bump map, and color correction mostly.
