Read it right guys. I've seen this before, but they say that there going to change it a little bit, not completely. They got alot of complaints for quick scoping. So they wont bring it back fully. When you quick scope you don't help the team, that's what they said. So why would they bring it back? I wish they would, but highly unlikely.
