I will be making a new clan for Ghosts. I want to interact with new people, so this seems like the right way to go. we will be level 1, but we will be super active.

Ranks: First 5 Will be Lt. Commander or whatever its called
Everyone else will be a regular member, however if I feel some are being very active I will promote them.
