You'd have to get either teamviwer or a transfer cable.. Or send the HDMI...
I could do it for you but I reccomend teamviwer as it's the only safe way to do so without getting your acc hacked.

you can recover there account and do it, it has to be there hardrive so yer the only safe way is Teamviewer!
