I download the file and open it with ifile. I copy "pool" and then I go to applications and go to pool.app and find "pool" in there. When I find it I paste the hacked pool to the one I had. I change it to execute read and write and then I respring my phone and go to pool and the app keeps crashing and I don't know how to make this work

You didn't close it out completely when you inserted the file in? That can be it
