I class that as gym clothes, I have tracksuit bottoms on and trainers with my tank top [vest] underneath my hoodie.
If I feel a bit cold I will work out with my hoodie on then take it off.

I haven't injured myself [because I know what i'm doing] but I wouldn't say them kids have wasted their money and won't have any effect.
It takes time to see changes.

Incorrect, if you are going to the gym to just have a little bit of exercise then sure it'll take time.

If you do what I've been doing the last 9 months then you'll see results in less than a month, creatine pre and post workout, high intensity cardio, medium weight with large reps and big sets, strict diet, big changes in short time. Doing so I lost within a few weeks around 22lbs, then since I'm going for a bigger upper body (not ripped, I want big shoulders and big arms) I've put back on around 17lbs, just muscle.
I take protein, pre-workouts and have a post workout meal.
I go gym 3-4 days a week, I do see changes but what I meant was it takes time to see decent changes.
I don't do cardio because I have a fast metabolism and need to bulk up.

Ah right, well I was quite tubby if I'm honest and I'm sure you've seen the dark knight, I was going for the bane look. Only difference is I'm 6'4, not that measly height of our dear tom hardy!

But it only took around 6 weeks for me to see the mass i had put on, keeping body fat around 15%

This rant is a bit dumb, why does wearing a hoodie in the gym mean anything, and when you do weights (depending on the muscle) you dont warm up in the cardio section

If you were doing biceps and back you wouldnt do cardio because it warms up your legs.

You start off doing half weight (or less) for a warm up then stack on your max weight and do max reps and do drop sets to failure.

just because they have hoodies on doesnt mean anything dont judge a book by its cover

Making all kinds of gainz

You can do WHATEVER THE **** YOU WANNA DO!

The Hodgetwins, and Kai Greene are two of the main people that wear hoodies in the gym. I wear a hoodie as well, because it helps absorb the sweat.

You know nothing about the gym. I go in and straight to the dumbells. I warm up and home. The chances are they did. Don't judge. You probably went in Jeans and a polo.
