I can tell you now, the man who died probably didn't die from the initial punch, you can see he falls from the curb and hits his head on the concrete. It doesnt look like he intended to kill the man but unfortunatley he did so its Manslaughter.

If you read into the laws, if the man recieved a high degree of provocation then the law states they can only recieve of up to 4 years, in this case the sentence was 4 and a half years which means the judge found a "Substantial degree of provocation" which has a sentence range of 4-9 years. Low or little degree of provocation will end in the suspect recieving 10 years to life imprisonment.

Laws there in UK are whack dude. Murder and only 4 years? And A lot of people from the UK talk smack about the US. This man is getting away for Murder basically.

It wasent because a cyclist the person who died he made a racist comment when two black people where standing right next to him the person who died was autistic. I think the sentence is good enough I don't think he ment to kill him it was only one punch

For killing some you should deserve life honestly

Well, that was an unfortunate accident. The guy has anger issues. He isn't a murderer. I think four years is about a reasonable time, as long as they get him some anger management or counseling.

4 year's is nothing compared to the 16 Year old who lives in the next town to me

he got 3 years for doing the exact same thing to a 65 Year old last year and only just been sent down this year for 3 YEARS <- hes going to be out at age 19 who says he ent gunna end up doing it again

Well if he only punched him then i think its reasonable but he should have gotten more years cause he kill the other guy, this is world is corrupt.
