I don't know why but my iPhone 5s has been dying awfully fast.. I don't know if it's because the Jailbreak I previously had, but every since I updated too iOS 7.0.6 it's been garbage

One of my friends had the same problem and it was his charger. If you can't find a solution I would just factory reset it.

I've had customers bring in their 5s' with this problem and I just tell them to go to an apple store. Since it's under a year old and as long as its not physically damaged or have any water damage they should replace it though.

Just make sure to remove the jailbreak before doing that.

Do you think it would be because I've used 3G lately? But still
I'm on wifi now and it is draining fast

Bud I updated mine and still have some setting from when it was jail broken.. Like some things show up with my old don't and the Wifi Singal bars and service bars are still different from my old theme

Nah, I don't think using 3G would matter. But I would do what haug said if you can't get it to charge properly after reset.

What do I lose with a reset, and what improves with a reset?

Using 3G wouldn't make it drain faster, do you close out of all your apps? That could make it die faster.

Factory resetting the device, Removes every single thing on the iPhone apart from the default apps.

All your userdata like photos, music, text messages, etc.

Make a back up first then do a restore.
