I dont want to "be that guy" but is everything plugged into the console? I know without the DVD drive connected to the consoles all my updates fail.

No the DVD drive is off while im attempting the MS OFFICIAL update.
I think the drive is broke anyways. i have another one, will try that.

But that don't fix the fact i can not read this xbox's nand but i have Read 3 other xbox's NAND's using the same equipment AFTER trying this xbox ...

Well EnforcingModz just said he knows without the dvd drive the update fails... and you said it was unplugged. Soooo plug it in, it doesnt matter if its working or not it just needs to be plugged in.
Annd as for the soldering, the red and black wire may be bridging, use flux and clean everything PERFECT. There looks like maybe a piece of wire covered in flux in the middle of all the points.
And also the green wire from that angle looks like its bridging with the 3v3 point. When i had that error it was sometimes caused by the green wire and then the red. Flux and clean everything perfectly!

You cannot perform a system update without the drive plugged in. Additionally the update will fail if the keys/osig of the drive do not match the mb.

Your soldering needs to be cleaned up and redone. Use flux and reattempt.

That soldering job doesnt look too good. I would send it to a professional to have it done.

i do admit im not the best solderer, buut it works, i have done 3 RGH's ( just for KV's ) and built 6 jtags over the last years, this solder job is okay to read/write just somthing on the mobo preventing me from reading >.< i have just read my jtags nand again with the JRP.. so its not the JRP/solder

any other issues that could prevent read/write ?

Is JRunner recognizing the JR-P? Do you see the logo pop up? If so while it's connected press and hold the reset button (JP-RST) for 5 seconds and try to read the nand again.

Yes i tried that, i normally have to reset it for JRunner to notice the device
