I would try using a multimeter to ensure that you're points are making a connection. Verify continuity between the mb and the actual pins on the JR-P.

Your jrprgrammer may have also crapped out. I've had several break on me and NANDx as we'll.
I would consider this before doing anything else it's either soldering or programmer itself.
