ok so i just loaded up my computer and i obviously have internet.
when i loaded ARMA 3, it did the steam thing and then said that i couldn't connect to steam. I loaded the steam application and it says the same thing although by using google chrome i can access their website.

Does anybody know what is going on?

Sometimes when they're updating their servers and or beta Steams, the server can limit some users connectivity. I have had this problem before.
