This glitch has been posted before but the trick is to sell the Entity xf and you'll get 160k dollars with no cool down time!
NOTE: In my video I use the Adder JUST TO TEST IT OUT! After using the Adder I realized the Entity xf sells for much more money! So don't leave hate saying I'm using the Adder when I'm telling you now that I was just trying it out to see if it was worth more!!
