The last 5 or 6 times I've tried the car just does not spawn online. I'm doing the glitch the exact same way I did before but no matter what they won't spawn. I've even tried 4 different cars but nothing

Yeah its set as last location, I even rewatched the video tut to make sure I wasnt messing up, Maybe I'm just unlucky
