who are you to call someone an idiot... he can play the game how he wants... he paid the 60 dollars for it ... especially because you claim you earn your challenges legit and then you come on here asking for help on how to glitch for a challenge..

the other one is at skidrow, but from what i know, its a jump elevator, so the karachi elevator is probably your best bet on getting this.

Btw just play alot of search with those perks and ninja, you will get it by the time you are lv 70
