The first thing I noticed about the new controller is the size, its not EXTREMELY noticeable but if you are a hardcore gamer you will notice that the new controller is slighter smaller/slimmer. Another pretty noticeable difference is the new controllers thumb sticks are much looser than the older stiffer versions. This personally made my shot(referring to the accuracy of my aiming) on fps to be a little sloppy at first. In my opinion its really a personal preference when deciding, the chrome paint is not slippery at all except when you get sweaty hands lol, and I think that applies to all controllers. In the end the controllers are basically the same and comes down to a slight preference.
