ive seen alot of cars with matte black, and say green persalent? and i know you cant do this legit, anyone have a tut i can use please

I thought you clicked on matte then metallic, hover over that, then go to wheels and change rims on car and go back to matte, not sure on that order
Go on YouTube, you'll find some there
