wow wow wow, 2k build but you're going for a cheap cooler? no no..
I'd suggest you keep 16Gb of ram since you won't need 32Gb unless you're doing hardcore modeling and 3D rendering.
I'd also suggest you choose a different case, Fractal Define R4.
You also won't need 850w you could run that build of a 450w if you wanted, a RM650 would be decent.

I put together a build with 32GB of RAM and also a cheaper version of the 780Ti. It will all be compatible and is all sold from Newegg making it easier to manage the order. Its more expensive than either of the two above builds as it uses a 512GB SSD rather than a 256GB one, a 2TB HDD over a 1TB one, a slightly more expensive motherboard and case. If you'd like the case and motherboard, thats fine just make sure the case supports a 240mm radiator.
