That just means that the drive key is in the JF keydb. It doesn't necessarily mean you flashed the drive. Did you perform the actual steps of dumping the drive and creating the LT3 firmware? Then writing the CFW to the drive? Can you paste your JF log file?

If you flashed the firmware to the drive with the correct key then pop in a backup and see if it runs, if it does then it works, if it doesn't then you did something wrong
If all you did was hit phat key then you drive is not flashed.
