There isn't a correct answer to this question. But I would have to say Eminem by far. And yes I have listened to Tupac and Biggie before, they're not as good as people exaggerate imo.

When you say "King of Rap" then i'm assuming you me lyrically gifted? If so then I would have to say Immortal Technique. His lyrics have meaning. But if you do not mean then then I would have to say Tech N9ne just because he is amazin.

The old Eminem was good, but his new songs are just the typical mainstream boring stuff with no real meaning

2pac is personality my favorite over Biggie.
