Hello i was trying to add my paypal to my account on xbox so i can buy some madden packs.

I have a credit card on the account and cannot remove that either.

When i went to check how much time i had left on my account i seen this.

I cannot remove it or do anything, and i have no money on the credit card but it says its charging me $10.89 a month

This is weird, I have never seen this before. I would chat with a Xbox Support member to see what it means.

idk if i should contact xbox support about this problem because what if i get banned or they remove it but i hvae to pay all the charges towards my cc
