can anyone help me please I've just re-installed windows XP on my laptop and i try to load the tool up and it comes up with this [ Register or Signin to view external links. ] does anyone know how i might be able to fix it so it loads the program it loaded it perfectly before i re-installed windows

No idea, Windows XP isn't something i've used for a few years, Maybe someone with a little more knowledge on that OS could help, My guess is its something to do with your version of NET.framework try updating that from the microsoft website if you haven't already

what .net framework does it require do you know?

Also try running your version of windows in Compatibility Mode, Right Click 'GTA V' > Properties > Compatibility > Choose your version in the dropbox menu, Hope this helps

Just try installing it from a new source. It may be the problem. If not that, keep trying to open it. The same thing happened to me with the Borderlands 2 editor. It hasn't done the same thing since I fixed it.

My guess would be 3.5 although it may require a newer version since it's updated regularly, Head here and check [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

When I had problem with Gibbed's Borderland 2 Editor I didn't get a new .NET Framework. I just kept trying new sources and it worked.

OK I'm going to try .net framework 3.5 now man if that doesn't work ill give the comparability ago thanks for the help man
