I understand FAT32 has a 4gb file cap that cannot be exceeded. I needed to format my 2tb HDD to FAT32 in order for me to use the roms for my emulators. Obviously with FAT32 I will not be able to store large xbox 360 games. If I was to make 2 separate partitions would it be possible?' So let's say I make a partition that is 100gb for FAT32 can I use the remainder of the storage ntfs to store and play full Xbox games larger than 4gb.

Thanks in advance, help will be much appreciated.

Your Xbox won't recognise a partition that is formatted to anything but FAT32. You'll need to extract the ISO via XBC to obtain all of the files within, then drag them on to your external HDD. To play the game, launch the default.xex.

I believe if you convert it to a mac drive you will remove the file size limitation.
I used it back in day to watch large Hi def movies, dunno if it still works.
But should.
