When i try to reboot my rgh it just stuck at look for fpiles on local media TFIP can sombody help me pls

shortly after you turn it on press the eject button and it should get you to the dash.

NO! Press The "ON" button and as you see the Xbox Logo coming up on the screen hit the "Eject Button" and it should Boot if you have something wrong with your Plugin`s
