Yeah , Just turn the jtag off , turn it on with the dvd drive buttun and it will tell you the CPU key and the DVD key ... It should be near the bottom

Most likely you didnt type your CPU key in right.. Turn your jtag on by pressing the eject button, this boots into Xell. Let it do its stuff, wait around a minute and there will be your CPU key. Write that down and type that in to 360flashtool.

I did not copy Colorado... what i posted was more indepth. But you are correct, Colorado posted it first, so he does deserve the money.
