Try telling administrators or moderators if he has a profile on here, may need some proof, or link his post of his services so that can be reported

The only thing that would happen is that his profile would get banned or suspended. You're very unlikely to get your money back.

Never buy from someone that has no proof or doesn't have a "trusted seller" badge next to there name. Advice for the future. Nothing you can do to claim your money back.

For one you spelled buy wrong in the title! Its "By" and Staff cant do anything because it was your choice of paying him. By paying someone for something you and them are responsible, So you cant go round moaning for partly something you did.
