Heres a tutorial on how to do the easy glitch:

1:take a random car out of your garage.
2:call pegasus and order a vehicle (doesnt matter which one)
3:pin pegasus vehicle to garage(so the garage cannot open) and block the drivers door so you have to get out of the drivers side
4:take an expensive car out of your garage and it should glitch out and spawn you kinda down the street
5:call Mors Mutual Insurance and it should say your car name and how much it will be to replace it. so do buy the replacement cost
6:go on the internet and buy the Karen Rebel ($3,000) if you have no room it must replace one your cars
7:call your mechanic and have him deliver the Rebel
8:once you see the car on the mini map drive your expensive car to the Mod Shop and Sell it
9:Jack a cr_p car that you can put in your garage and drive it in your garage.
10:you should see that the car you just sold will be in your garage
11: YOUR DONE! and then just repeat steps 1-8

Another car glitch that a TTG member has told us sell your car for 300,000+:
1. Call a pegasus vehicle
2. Jam the vehicle into the left side of your garage
3. Get out and go in your garage
4. Choose expensive vehicle (entity)
5. Drive out of garage
6. Call Mora Mutual Insurance
7. Repair you vehicle
8. Get out of vehicle and go to your garage
9. Go to the bikes and drive it out
10. Park it next to your vehicle
11. Get in your car
12. Go to LSC and sell your car!
13. ENJOY!
