My phone does vibrate, but not when I get an incoming phone call.
Anyone knows how to fix this?

Vibrate is on in settings, and i'm also on the Vibrate profile.

It's probably turned off somewhere in your settings. Just check around in the call settings and the sound settings and maybe it's there somewhere. I have the HTC One as well and this has never happened to me.
