hi guys, im looking for anyone who will be able to help me out, i want this twitter:

this twitter is inactive and has never been used, and 'Lev' is personal to me, and i really want it as i will use it to its max potential!

It's pretty much impossible to get it, unless you email twitter asking them to deactivate the account. And even doing that most likely won't work.
