I Just Burned the New South Park Game it gets released tomorrow i have stealth patched and properly burned it do you think it will be ok if i play it on my flashed xbox (lt 3.0) if i am offline.

If you do not go online you should be good bro.. But going online is very risky imo...

You could play offline but don't go online at any time because of the risk of a ban.

You really shouldn't be pirating games and you most definitely shouldn't be claiming on the internet that you are doing such things.

With that being said, if you are offline, you shouldn't have a problem.

In the future please refrain from illegally downloading games that people spent thousands of hours working on, it's not very nice.

they should not be so over priced i dont want to pay 50 for a game i will stop playing in a few weeks also i have not given any of my details so there is know way of xbox tracking me .

Yes, you can play offline. Make sure you keep yourself offline or you will be banned from Xbox.
