For anyone who is having issues, you can make a new credit card on Bancore.com and use that one-it worked for me. If you need help with Bancore, follow these steps:

3) Get the app 'Text Free' (for Apple & Android)
4) On Text Free, choose Canada as location & create a free account
(You can put all fake info including email, there's no verification)

6) Use that number for Bancore.com and wait for the call. When you get the call, enter a pin code that you want.
7) When you get into Bancore and need to enter an address, use this info:

8) You should be redirected to a page with your new free credit card!

Thank Dxmo! I got it to work on Canadian locale
If anyone needs a Canadian card to use, hmu, I have one of those prepaid MasterCards left over with no balance but it works!
