ControlConsoleAPI is an API for PS3 and PC similar to TMAPI on DEX console.
But this one "CCAPI" works for CEX and DEX.
This will allow you to RTM on a DEX and a CEX PS3 and also change your console ID if it has been banned.
Compatible CFW
CFW 4.21,4.30,4.40,4.41,4.46,4.50 CEX or DEX
Not compatible with "Cobra" firmwares.

1. Download this- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
2. Install the pkg file that comes with the rar folder.
3. Launch ControlConsole.exe.
4. Connect to your PS3 by typing your PS3's ip which can be found by going to
5. Launch the game you are going to be RTM.
6. Make sure the RTM tool you are using is for CEX.
7. Click connect and enter the ip address again, then click attach and you should be able to RTM!
There has been an updated tool if you would rather use this one- [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Make sure to delete the old tool and put the new one into the original folder.
