My xbox 360 slim wont turn on. Ive made my own power cord and i have a regular one also. Both times the xbox turns on for about 1 second then shuts down. Ive posted some pictures so you can see the dual nand rgh. Anyone see anything that is wrong. Ill post more pictures if there not clear enough.

It doesn't look like there is anything wrong from the motherboard point of view.

Do you know a solution to turning it on? it turns on for about 1 second then goes red then goes back to standby mode. I was thinking maybe it was because something wasn't connected.

What is going red than to standby mode? The power supply or the system?
And how exactly did you make your own power cord?

when i plug in the power brick it goes to standby mode. Then i plug it into the xbox and its still in standby mode. Once i click the power button the xbox boots up for about 1 second. then the power brick flashes red then goes back to standby.

Do you have access to another power brick? Or can you test this power brick on another Xbox 360 slim system?

yes i bought a adapter so i could use my old power supply and it still works on my regular xbox. Iv'e also made my own power supply hoping that it would work but still nothing. its still flashes red then goes back into standby mode.
