Message for inv. 1st gets the snowy emperor/ 2nd gets any car other than the emperor/ 3rd gets a car of his choice but thiers regulations
RULES:
1. no yelling/music
2. no blowing up/destroying others cars.
3. no shooting
4. be in game chat
5. if you will please go to passive mode.
