Is it possible to RGH or JTAG a console on the current dash? if not, then how is there so many RGH or JTAGs? Do you "Downgrade" the dash? if so, how?

You can RGH most consoles on the current dash. JTAG? No. You can downgrade a dash, but it would require an older CPU with the matching NAND and it's a really pointless process.
