You can mod in a vehicle using a save editor and and store it in your garage.

I'm on my phone and I don't have a DL link for the editor right now.

Ok yes you use the iFruit App. Then you go to plates, pick the color plate then click on the huge plate above them. A keyboard should Pop up and then you can type what you want. After that you click on one of the cars you have in the iFruit app then order it. Then you go to LSC then fulfill the app order, there yah go :p

it's best to use the save editor because you can put whatever you want (including profanity ) and you can use the north Yankton license plate.
