I have a legit copy of GTA V that I bought and I want to know how to install the game so I don't have to play with the disc in? I have only seen tutorials on how to install with a downloaded copy? So if anyone could help me that would be much appreciated, Thanks!

Put in you disc do to FSD and goto burn disc or something

Copy the content on Disc 1 into your content folder and Rip Disc 2 to your HDD.
Or on the Retail Xbox dash just let it install Disc 1.
