Titanfall is 50GB, thats huge for a game, is something up here?

That's not THAT huge for a game, BF4 is upwards of 40GB with the DLCs, Thief is 30GB, my Skyrim with mods is 20GB, etc.
As the tech gets better, expect the filesize to get bigger.

Don't install it to your SSD, then. Get a hybrid HDD, like this one:
