Hello, im new here but I was wondering if any of you guys/girls think that the elder scrolls is a rip of its 50 to buy the game 9 a month to stay online and 40 to play xbl. do you think that Bethesda will revoke the 9 a month or not it seems very over priced.

Hey, i recently thought about this too and realized this would be unfair on us Xbox players due to the fact we have to pay for membership unlike playstation or PC, so I asked an Xbox Representative about this very same question and he claimed that we will not have to pay a subscription fee on xbox live.

Hope this clears things up.

If you do not want to pay for live, you do not have to pay for live. No bethesda will not revoke the 9 a month. You don't like it? Don't play it.

I Personally think it is a waste of money, it really doesn't seem like it is that great.

PS4 has to pay for online. You don't need a membership for free to play games. As far as I know PC and Wii are the only ones with the free membership at this point.

Yes, I do believe it's a bit of a ripoff. $60 for the game itself, $60 for a year of being able to play online with your entire console at all, and $15 each month for elder scrolls online. ESO is 3 times the amount of a year of xbox live. I guess it just depends on how much you enjoy it though.
