Can we run unsigned code on a retail xbox 360?
I know this question has been asked and answered a million and one times, but I refuse to believe that its not possible. there has to be a way.
something along the lines of the fonts or the audio exploits maybe?
or maybe even along the lines of the king kong exploit.
Lets look at Call of Duty WaW for a second, The usb mod menus for nazi zombies were/are pretty awesome. One thing in particular stood out though, There was an option to bring up parts of your guide like your friends list through the mod menu. you could also quit to your dashboard or the main menu and im not sure about this one, but kicking people to their dashboard rings a bell to.
Now since thats all possible, Maybe we could do something with that.
For Example: Chainloading.
Now im not 100% on what chainloading is but I imagine it's when one line of code will load or trigger another line of code and so on, It's been said that Games cannot chainload, only making me assume that the xbox software such as the dashboard or the guide can.
So,
we could Make an iso mod menu on WaW with the feature to bring up your guide,
for example,
Bind dpad_left;Guide 1;vstr;Guide 1
Guide 1:quit to campain menu;vstr;menu
Menu:linux os
(have the campaign menu replaced with linux)
have xex menu on a usb or your hdd, dump the hypervisor, and reboot into xex menu,
or maybe even boot xex menu from linux.
I'm guessing it's not that simple or might not even work for probably clear reasons,
but it's just an idea.
Post your opinions and let me know what you think or why this wouldn't work.
Thanks for reading.

how about unsigned no theory for the new title of this topic lol
That will never work sorry good brain storming tho...if you want to run unsigned code on a retail xbox 360 you need M$'s private key and good luck with that

Make sure you read the box in the middle that's the important bit
