I have put alot of thought into my new way of playing.

(Before)
Before everyone had loads of privileges and were allowed to build their own house and get their own food. But because of the lack in jobs and number of griefs this will no longer be the case

(Now)
Now you no longer will have building privileges, instead you will hire a builder to build your house exactly as you want. And now that i am putting the game mode on normal, you will need to buy some food. That also means that mobs will be running around freely. That paved way for the new job, The Hunter (someone who kills mobs for a living.)

Note: If i find anything suspicious i have the right to take away large amounts of money and or kick you from the world
Note: Rules are different than crimes
~ You must have a mic
~ You must respect all other players
~ You must respect all admins
~ Must be mature when in lobby
~ Your age does not matter but if you are screaming, yelling, or horsing around that is against the rules
~ Must not grief
~ Cannot break blocks
~ Cannot duplicate gold
~ Cannot enter the banks office
(Anyone who does or attempts to break the rules will be sent to the ban list of doom and will be banned from my world forever)

Note: All crimes have a punishment, some are more severe than others
Note: Cops can search your home at any time if they sense any suspicion
Note: I am not for or against criminology therefor i am neutral against crime
~ Killing is a crime
~ Stealing is a crime
~ Getting caught while growing illegal substances are a crime
~ Getting caught while inventorying illegal substances is a crime
~ You are innocent until proven guilty at court
~ Not attending your registered court date is a crime
(If you are caught being a criminal you will spend a day in jail and up to a 250$ fine)
(If you cant pay the crime you will wait in jail until you have made enough money to bail yourself out)

Note: Number in parentheses is the # of players that can do the job
Fisherman- 30$ a day + 10$ per fish caught (1)
Bakery shop owner- 30$ a day + profit (1)
(shop owners can own more than 1 shop a piece)
Block shop owner- 40$ a day + profit (1)
Decoration shop owner- 30$ a day + profit (1)
Cop- 50$ a day + 50$ for every criminal caught (1)

(A cop ranks up by catching criminals)
Criminal- Sells grown items to bank for huge profits (2)

(Criminals rank up by getting away with crimes)
(A criminal can have more than 1 job)
Builder- 40$ a day + 200$ for every house built (500$ for a mansion) (1)
(200$ not paid by bank, but by the player you are building the house for)
Lumberjack- 50$ a day + Profit (1)
Repair crew- 75$ a day (BEST IN WORLD) (4)
(YOU MAY HAVE 2 OTHER JOBS IF ONE OF YOUR JOBS ALLOWS YOU TO HAVE 1 MORE JOB)
(These kind souls who help me keep the world up to par while we are playing are in charge of dealing with those pesky creeper explosions)
Hunter- 50$ a day + 10$ for each mob remains (3)
(The hunter can have a different job during the day)
(At the end of each day you all will go to the bank to receive your money)

Small house lot- 30$ a day
Pre-made small house- 500$ (One time fee)
Pre-made bigger house- 1000$
Mansion lot- 1000$
Pre-made mansion 40,000$
