If me and my friend put money together and buy 1 season pass from gamestop, is there a way to like license transfer so we both have it?

Yes, you can license transfer ;) but if you license transfer once you have to wait a few months before doing it again that's if your transferring it to another friend.

So you could use the Code to download the pass on your account.
Then sign into your friends xbox with your account and download it from your history.

Or you can go through Xbox.com and Transfer the license

Google has the steps
