So recently i just erased my ipad and when i turn the ipad back on,the circle on the screen just spins for a really long time,can someone help.

Was it jailbroken before you tried to erase it?
Plug the ipad into your computer, put it into DFU mode by holding the home and power button for 10 seconds then release just the power button and continue holding the home button, open iTunes and click restore.
If that doesn't work try taking it to an Apple store and see if they can help you.

Usually if you erase it you can draw it back with a pencil or pen.
