Thanks to the xbox one they know more about people than they ever thought since the release date. Its actually pretty scary. Look it up if you don't believe me. More people would unplug there Kinect if they only knew.

The Kinect has to see the floor to "turn on". I had this problem earlier when I moved my xbox one to another room but I found out the Kinect wont respond until you show it the floor (Aim it down) for some odd reason. If that doesn't work then it might be defected.
