So I got a Sabre Turbo (Muscle Car) and I wanted to put on a Triple intake Bug Catcher but it's locked. It says "This item will unlock when you reach rank 4" Is it rank 4? I have an SD TV so it's very blurry . If it is then reply below saying what rank I need to unlock it. If it isn't pls reply about how to solve this problem.
