Just download Mavericks, it's free, both on the App Store and on the bay of pirates

Encoder: Yeah I know, but I don't have an OS or nothing because I deleted ALL of the data on my disks, so now when I log onto the imac it goes straight to disk utility. Could you please help man?

Well I did it because my mac was so slow, and I didn't and still really don't know anything about macs. So I figured that would work, but it all went downhill..

I don't have a MAC but download a ISO of MAC OS and burn it on to a disc from another computer, then plug it in and make sure to boot using the disc drive.
Hope this helps, I know this is how I would do it for Windows.
