Right now I am hard wired in the the Modem. And my Download speed is perfectly fine but my upload speed is a different story. My download is 55 MBPS and my Download is 0.03 MBPS so im just wondering since im directly connected to my Modem that I need a new modem.
Things I have tried is disconnecting the Modem for 10 mins then replugging it back in.
Called comcast myself telling me that it is my modem issue.

Contact your ISP, they could give you a solution as to why it is that bad. The upload is normally lower that the download, my upload is 10MBPS and my download is 120MBPS.
So if you contact them they could sort it out, it might just be some technical difficulties they're having for your area. You might of just only upgraded your download package rather than your upload.
